If Subscribe appears when you navigate to the Settings section of the Voicemail menu, you have the ability to subscribe to Premium service.
If you receive an error, it is likely that your account is blocked from purchasing premium services.
If you are the account holder, you can subscribe by calling your service provider to have premium services unblocked for your account.
