Voicemail (VM) is classic voicemail and provides users the ability to call into the Voicemail Service to listen to their voicemail messages. Call in to Voicemail from within the Visual Voicemail application or press and hold the “1” on your phone’s keypad to setup Personal Greeting and manage Voicemail preferences.

Visual Voicemail (VVM) helps users manage their voicemail messages easier with a Sprint provided application on your phone. You can easily see and listen to your voicemail messages in any order with enhanced options to delete, forward, send a text or call the person back with the click of a button.

Premium Visual Voicemail (VTT) is a monthly subscription service that transcribes your voicemail messages into text. Some features include:

●  Try before you buy – all new users automatically get Visual Voicemail-to-Text for FREE for 15 days. After the free trial period, customers can choose to subscribe by going to Settings > Preferences > Manage Subscription > Subscribe.

●  VTT provides the convenience of reading a transcribed voicemail message if you are unable to listen to it right away.

●  You can choose to have your messages transcribed in Spanish or English.

●  You can have transcribed voicemails sent to both your Visual Voicemail Inbox and to an email address.

●  Ads are automatically turned off in Premium Visual Voicemail.

●  Reply with a call, a voicemail, or a text message.

●  Other sync or share options depending on the applications you use most.
