We are continually striving to improve the Visual Voicemail experience, fix any issues, and add enhanced features. That means you have to Update your software to take advantage of any improvements. We try to limit the number of updates, but you can choose to allow Auto Update and never see another Update notification again. Go to Settings > Updates > “Allow automatic updating”.
Yes. Visual Voicemail uses the device language setting. If this setting is Spanish, you will see the Visual Voicemail interface and its prompts in Spanish. For Premium subscribers, this setting is also used to help improve the quality of voicemail transcriptions.
Visual Voicemail only transcribes voicemails; it does not translate voicemails from one language to another. For example, if your device language is set to Spanish and someone sends you a voicemail in English, the transcription will be in English. Conversely, if your device language is set to English and someone sends you a voicemail in Spanish, the transcription will be in Spanish.
Note: When subscribing to Premium service, some users may see a prompt asking them to choose their preferred language (English or Spanish).
Payment Options include:
● Adding Premium Visual Voicemail to your monthly bill
● Buy Premium Visual Voicemail using your Prepaid account balance
