Moving a Message to the Archive Folder

Messages that you wish to save can be moved from the Inbox to your phone’s internal storage or SD card for storage. Some phones explicitly define their main storage as internal storage. Therefore, the archived voicemail messages will be stored in this folder instead of the SD card.

Moving a Single Message

1.   In your Inbox, tap and hold the message you want to move.

2.   Tap Archive .

Alternatively, after you have listened to a message, you can archive a message from the message playback screen. Simply open the overflow menu , and then select Archive. Simply press your device's Menu button and then select Archive.

Moving More than One Message

1.   In your Inbox, tap and hold a message you want to move to select the message.

Tap the Multiple Select icon . One message will be selected. Select any additional messages by tapping each one. You can also select all the messages in your Inbox by tapping All .

2.   Tap Archive .
