Notifications

Sprint Visual Voicemail can notify you of your voicemail messages in several ways. To configure how you are notified follow these steps:

1.

Open Voicemail settings. (In your voicemail Inbox, press and then Settings.)

2.

Tap Notifications. The notifications screen will be displayed.

3.

Make any desired changes to the notification settings listed. (See below for individual setting descriptions.)

Select sound

If you would like to specify a tone to play when you receive a notification:

1.

Tap Select sound. A list of available ringtones is displayed.

2.

Select the ringtone you would like.

3.

Tap OK.

Vibrate

If you would like your phone to vibrate when a notification is received, check the Vibrate box (by tapping on it). To turn off vibration, clear the Vibrate check box.

Repeat notifications

If you would like to specify how many times (or how often) notifications will be repeated:

1.

Tap Repeat notifications. A list of possible repetition intervals will appear.

2.

Select the desired interval.
