Unsubscribe From Transcriptions

You can unsubscribe from the Sprint Voicemail-to-Text transcription service by following these steps:

1.

Tap the Voicemail icon  on the Home Screen.

Press  and tap  > Voicemail. The Sprint Visual Voicemail application will load and the Sprint Visual Voicemail inbox screen will be displayed.

Press and tap (Settings). The Voicemail settings screen will be displayed.

3.

Tap the Voicemail-to-Text setting. A popup window will appear asking if you are sure you wish to unsubscribe from the transcription service.

4.

Tap Unsubscribe.

Note:  If you had time left on the Free Trial, you are notified that messages will continue to be transcribed until the end of the Free Trial period.
