Listening to Your Messages
When you receive a new message, the message appears in your Visual Voicemail Inbox and you may be notified with a ring tone or other sound, depending on your device's notification settings. The voicemail notification icon will also appear in the status bar of your device.
To listen to your Visual Voicemail message
1. From the Visual Voicemail Inbox, tap a message to open it in the Message Playback screen.
2. Tap the play button on the right to listen to the message.
3. After you listen to the message, you can take any of the following actions:

— Return to the Inbox

— Add the sender to your Contacts list (if not already added)
●
— Use the overflow menu to share the message
●
— Call the sender
●
— Reply with a message
●
— Archive the message
●
— Delete the message
●
— Select the thumbs up icon if you are satisfied with the transcription, or the thumbs down icon if dissatisfied
