Listening to Your Messages
When you receive a new message, the message appears in your Visual Voicemail Inbox and you may be notified with a ring tone or other sound, depending on your device's notification settings. The voicemail notification icon will also appear in the status bar of your device.
To listen to your message from the Inbox
1. From the Visual Voicemail Inbox, tap the play button 
for the desired message. The message begins to play.
2. To pause the message, tap the pause button 
. To stop playing the message, tap your device's back button, or tap another message's play button.
After you listen to the message (from the Inbox, Custom, or Blocked folder), you can take the following actions:
● Swipe left and select Trash to delete the message
● Swipe right and select Archive to archive the message
To listen to your message from the playback screen
Note: The following instructions apply to messages in the Inbox, Sent, Archive, Custom, Blocked, and Trash folders.
1. From the desired folder, tap a message to open it in the Message Playback screen.
2. Tap the play button on the right to listen to the message.
