Composing an Audio Message

Sending a Visual Voicemail Message

Follow these steps to send an audio message:

1.   From your voicemail Inbox, tap the Compose menu option . The compose screen appears.

2.   If you have subscribed to Voicemail-to-Text transcription, you will now be prompted to select the type of message to compose. Select Audio message. The compose screen will now appear.

If you have not subscribed to Voicemail-to-Text transcription, you will be taken directly to the Compose Message screen.

3.   When you are ready to begin recording your message, tap Record .

4.   When you have completed your recording, tap Stop .

5.   Tap the Share menu option to share using one of the following options:

●   Voicemail — share the audio message via the Visual Voicemail application.

●  Bluetooth Share — share the audio message via Bluetooth. See Using Bluetooth Devices.

●  Mail — share the audio message via email. See Sharing Messages via Email.

●  Gmail — share the transcription via Gmail. See Sharing Messages via Email.
