Message Playback

While listening to your Visual Voicemail messages, the playback screen will appear.

Either during playback or after you have listened to your message, you can:

●  Read a transcription of your message (if you have subscribed to Premium Voicemail) by tapping the Premium menu option .

●  Delete the voicemail message by tapping the Delete menu option .

●  Call the sender by tapping the Phone menu option .

●  Share the message via Visual Voicemail, Bluetooth, social networks such as Facebook, Google+, and Twitter (provided that those applications are installed on your handset), or email by tapping the Share menu option .

●  Reply with a voicemail message or a text message by tapping the Reply menu option .

●  Archive the message by tapping the Archive menu option .

Note: Because social network applications support text only, you will need to have your voicemail messages transcribed using the Voicemail-to-Text Premium feature before sharing them.

Playback Menu

Pressing your device's Menu button in the message playback screen will display the playback menu, which includes Settings, access to Help documentation, and sending feedback via your email account.
