Moving a Message to the Archive Folder

Messages that you wish to save can be moved to your phone’s internal storage or SD card for storage. Some phones explicitly define their main storage as internal storage. Therefore, the archived voicemail messages will be stored in this folder instead of the SD card.

Moving a Single Message

You can move a single message to the Archive folder by doing the following:

1.   In your voicemail Inbox, press and hold the message you want to move until the long press menu appears.

2.    Tap the Archive menu option .

Moving More than One Message at a Time

To move multiple messages at the same time, follow these steps.

1.   In your voicemail Inbox, press and hold a message you want to move until the long press menu appears. You can exit the long press menu by pressing your device's Back button.

Tap the Multiple Select icon . One message will be selected.

2.   Select any additional messages in your Inbox by tapping each individually. You can deselect a particular message by tapping it again. You can also select all the messages in your Inbox by tapping the All check box.

3.   Tap the Archive menu option .
