Replying to Visual Voicemail Messages

To reply to a Visual Voicemail message follow these steps:

1.   While in the Message Playback screen, tap the Reply menu option. 

2.   If you want the reply to be sent as a text message (SMS), tap SMS message and see Replying with a Text Message (SMS) for further instructions.

If you want the reply to be sent as voicemail, tap Audio message. The Reply screen will be displayed.

3.    Tap the recording button to begin recording your audio message. Your message can have a maximum length of time of two minutes.

4.   Tap the recording button to stop recording your audio message.

5.   Tap the play button to preview your recorded audio message.

6.   Tap Send to send your message or discard your message by tapping the top left of the Reply to Message screen .

Additional Options

●  Re-record your audio message by tapping the Re-record button on the bottom message bar.

●  Turn your device's speaker on or off by tapping the speaker phone button .

●  Discard your audio message by pressing the Back button on your device.
