If Subscribe appears when you navigate to the Settings section of the Voicemail menu, you have the ability to subscribe to Visual Voicemail-to-Text.
If you receive an error, it is likely that your account is blocked from purchasing premium services.
If you are the account holder, you can subscribe by following one of these two options:
1. Call your service provider to have premium services unblocked for your account.
2. Log in to your online account and navigate the menu as follows: My Preferences > Limits & Permissions > Block Digital Media Downloads. If this option is blocked, select Allow.
