To remove and reinstall upgrades on your device, follow these steps:
1. Turn off your device's access to broadband (4G — WiMax or LTE) and Wi-Fi data.
2. To delete updates, navigate your device menu: Settings > Applications > Manage applications > Voicemail > Uninstall updates.
3. Delete the APK (if it was downloaded).
4. Shut down and restart your device.
5. Start the Visual Voicemail application and select the Check for update option for any software upgrade.
