To set the Visual Voicemail application to call the right voicemail mailbox, follow these steps:
1. Using your device keypad, press *38 and then Talk.
2. Navigate your device menu as follows: Menu > Settings > Call > Voicemail Service > Select my Carrier > Voicemail Settings.
3. Select the Visual Voicemail number and enter your new phone number.
4. Press and hold 1 on the device keypad to see if it dials your voicemail.
