If the messages on your phone are not synchronized with read and unread voicemail on the server, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold 1 on your device keypad to call voicemail. Listen to any unread messages on the server.
2. Shutdown and restart your mobile device.
Your voicemail messages should now be synchronized.
