Set Transcription Language

With Premium service the voice messages you receive are transcribed for you. You can elect to receive your transcriptions in English or Spanish.

Follow these steps to set the transcription language:

1.    Open Voicemail settings. (In the Visual Voicemail Inbox, select the overflow menu and then tap Settings .)

2.   Tap Transcription language. The Choose language screen is displayed.

3.   Select the language option:

●  English only - Received voicemail is transcribed to English. This is the default setting.

●  English/Spanish - Received voicemail is transcribed to the language detected by the transcription engine. This option allows voicemail transcription in Spanish if the detected audio is Spanish.

4.   Tap OK.
