Unsubscribe from Premium service

You can unsubscribe from the Premium service by following these steps:

1.    Open Voicemail settings. (In the Visual Voicemail Inbox, select the overflow menu and then tap Settings .)

2.   Tap Manage subscription . A popup window will appear asking if you are sure you wish to unsubscribe from the transcription service.

3.   Tap Unsubscribe.

Note:  You are notified that messages will continue to be transcribed until the end of the Premium service subscription period.
