Listening to Your Messages
When you receive a new message, the message appears in your Visual Voicemail Inbox and you may be notified with a ring tone or other sound, depending on your notification settings. The voicemail notification will also appear in the status bar of your device.
To listen to your Visual Voicemail message
1. Tap the Voicemail icon 
on the Home Screen (or in the apps list) to open the Visual Voicemail Inbox.
2. In the Inbox, tap the message to open it in the message playback screen.
3. Next, do one of the following:
● If this is an audio message, tap Play 
.
● If this is an avatar message, tap the avatar to play the message.
4. After you listen to the message, you can do any of the following:
● Tap back on your device to return to the Inbox.
● Swipe to listen to the next or previous message.
● Respond using the actions in the action bar (reply, call sender, share message, delete message).
Listen to the voice message as an avatar message
If you have received a voice message, you can still listen to it as an avatar message. In the message playback screen, tap the avatar 
to listen to it as an avatar message.
Inline playback
Inline playback allows you to play messages directly from the Inbox.
Play all new messages
You can play all unread messages in your Inbox. The unread messages are highlighted orange. Simply tap Play all 
to listen to your unread messages.
