Re-activating the Application

1.   From your voicemail Inbox, tap Compose. The compose screen will appear.

2.   Tap on the To field.

3.   Use the on-screen keyboard to type activate@vvm.sprint.com in the To field.

4.   Tap Record and wait for two or three seconds while the application records a blank message.

5.   Tap Send.

6.   Wait for at least fifteen minutes.
