Social Networking Accounts

If you have subscribed to the Premium service, Visual Voicemail allows you to post transcriptions of your received messages to your social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, and Google+.

Install the social application before you share messages

Before you share messages on one of your social networking sites, you will need to install the social network application on your phone. One or more of these applications may already be integrated by default. You will also need to create an account on the social networking site and log in to the account from your phone. Refer to the social application for help setting up your account.

Once you have configured the social application on your phone, it will appear in the Share via options list in Visual Voicemail for messages that have been transcribed by the Premium service.

Sharing voice messages (Premium subscribers)

When you share one of your messages, you may be prompted to log in to the social network if you haven't done so in a while.

You also may be prompted that the application needs your permission to perform the requested action. For example, Facebook may prompt you that it needs your permission to access information such as your public profile and friend list or to post to your friends on your behalf. To proceed with sharing the message, accept the prompts. Or tap Cancel at any time.
