Note: Depending on the terms of your mobile plan, you may not be authorized to make automatic purchases. Visual Voicemail allows you to make secure purchases directly to your credit card.

1.   After you tap Manage subscription in the Preferences settings screen, you will see a window that describes the monthly subscription plan. Tap Subscribe.

2.   Select the transcription language and tap OK. The options are "English only" or "English/Spanish."

3.   You will see one of the following:

●  A message such as the following: "Activated monthly subscription service. All new messages will be transcribed to text." Skip to the end.

●  A Payment selection screen that allows you to make a secure purchase by credit card. See the remaining steps for details.

4.   In Payment selection, tap Pay with credit card.

Note: If you have time remaining on your free trial, your monthly subscription will take effect after your free trial expires.

Top up Purchase for pre-paid Boost users

If you are a Boost subscriber, you can use available funds in your account balance to make purchases. If you do not have sufficient funds for the purchase, the application will give you the option to top up your account balance using your registered credit or debit card (by $10) in order to make the purchase. You will need to know your Boost account PIN.

In the Payment selection screen, tap Pay with credit card. In the top up screen, enter your Boost account PIN and tap Continue. You will see a Summary screen which you must agree to before making the purchase.

Note: The procedures above are for personal accounts. If your mobile service is paid for by a corporate account, you cannot subscribe to Premium service from within the Visual Voicemail application. To subscribe using such an account, an individual who is authorized to provide the account PIN must contact your service provider's customer service.

Unsubscribe from Premium service

Tap Manage subscription in the Preferences setting. A popup window will appear asking if you are sure you wish to unsubscribe from the transcription service. Tap Unsubscribe.

Your messages will continue to be transcribed until the end of the monthly subscription period.

Data Consent Agreement

The data consent agreement asks your permission to allow your service provider to collect your voicemail audio files for the purpose of improving the quality of text transcriptions. This agreement appears when you first enroll in the Premium service free trial or paid subscription.

You can change your selection at any time. Select Data consent agreement and then tap Agree or Disagree.

Auto Forward to Email

You will see this feature if you have subscribed to Premium service or if you have selected Display Ads (see below). This feature allows you to automatically send a copy of each voicemail message you receive to an email address of your choice. This is a simple way to archive your important messages.

To set up auto forward, tap Auto forward to email. In the popup window that appears, enter a valid email address. Tap OK. The Auto forward box will now be checked.

You can also configure the following details:

●  Check the Include message audio box to include the audio file in the message.

●  Check the Include message text box to include the message text for transcribed messages.

●  Reset to default - This setting clears the email address on record and disables the auto forward to email feature.

Personalize Voicemail

This setting allows you to change your voicemail greeting or your voicemail password. Tap Personalize voicemail. You will be transferred to the voicemail system. Follow the voice prompts to make any desired changes.

Transcription Language

Set the transcription language to English or Spanish for your incoming voicemail messages.

Note: This setting is for voicemail messages only. For voiceSMS messages, the server will determine the transcription language based on the first few seconds and transcribe the message accordingly.

To set the transcription language, tap Transcription language. The Choose language screen is displayed. Select the language option:

●  English only - Transcribe voicemail messages to English. This is the default setting.

●  English/Spanish - Transcribe voicemail messages to the language detected by the transcription engine. This option allows voicemail transcription in Spanish if the detected audio is Spanish.

●  After 30 days

●  After 10 days

●  Immediately

●  Never

The Mobile Advertising Program will provide ads targeted to your interests. To receive targeted ads, you need to opt in to the Mobile Advertising Program. You may also choose to receive ads that are not targeted to your interests (see Display Ads below.)

Visit http://www.sprint.com/privacy for more information about the types of Mobile Usage and Consumer Information shared with advertisers to customize ads for Mobile Advertising Program participants.

You may opt out at any time by clearing the Mobile Advertising Preferences box.

To turn ads on, select the Display Ads box. This is the default setting.

To turn ads off, clear the Display Ads box.

This setting turns on or turns off the display of transcriptions in the Inbox. The message playback screen will still display the transcriptions.

To display the transcriptions, check the Transcriptions Displayed box. This is the default setting.

To hide the transcriptions, clear the Transcriptions Displayed box.

SMS Delivery of Voice Message

When you send a voice message to a recipient who does not have VoiceSMS capability, the message will be sent as an SMS message. Tap SMS Delivery of Voice Messages and then select one of the options:

●  Always allow — allow the application to send SMS messages

●  Always ask — the application will ask you for permission before sending the SMS message to a recipient who does not have VoiceSMS capability

●  Never allow — do not allow the application to send SMS messages to a recipient who does not have VoiceSMS capability
