Re-activating the Application

To re-register Visual Voicemail with the network, follow these steps:

1.   From your voicemail Inbox, tap Compose . The compose screen will appear.

2.   Tap on the To field.

3.   Use the on-screen keyboard to type activate@vvm.sprint.com (v-v-m, not w-m) in the To field.

4.   Tap Record and wait for two or three seconds while the application records a blank message. Tap Stop to end the recording.

5.   Tap Send.

6.   Wait for at least fifteen minutes and then launch Visual Voicemail.
