Sharing Messages
The Share option in Visual Voicemail allows you to share messages.
The sharing options that are available depend on whether you have composed or received the message, the message type, and which applications you have installed on your device. The sharing options are described in following tables:
Compose and share a message

| Email/Gmail | Email message with audio file attachment and link to message |

Post on Facebook wall with a link to the avatar message on the Visual Voicemail server |
Receive and share a message

| Text | Text message with audio file attachment. If you have Premium service, the transcription will also appear in the message. |
| Email/Gmail | Email message with audio file attachment. If you have Premium service, the message will also include the transcription. |
| Voicemail (Premium Service) |
Voice message to the person's Visual Voicemail Inbox. Otherwise, the person receives a text message with a link to listen to the message. If you have Premium service, the transcription will also appear in the message. |
| Facebook (Avatar only) |
Post on your Facebook wall with a link to the avatar message on the Visual Voicemail server |
| Social network sites (Premium Service) |
Post with the transcription of the message on the social network site (Facebook, Google+, etc) |
Note: Avatars are not available on handsets running Android 2.3 (Gingerbread).
To share a message
1. Compose a new message or open a message in the playback screen. Tap the overflow menu 
and then select Share.
2. The Share via menu appears. You will see a list of Share options, depending on the type of message and which applications are installed on your device.
3. Select how you want to share the message from the Share via list.
● Bluetooth Share — See Sharing using Bluetooth.

● Facebook (Avatar messages) — See Sharing Avatar Messages to Facebook.

Note: In order to share your voice messages to social network sites, the messages must have been transcribed using the Premium service with Voicemail-to-Text.
