This setting allows you to subscribe to or unsubscribe from the monthly paid plans. If you are not in a paid plan, you will receive the free, basic Visual Voicemail plan supported by advertisements.
The paid plans include the following:
● Basic Visual Voicemail without advertisements
● Premium Visual Voicemail — includes voice to text transcription for incoming voicemail and VoiceSMS messages, auto forward to email, no advertisements, extended recording time for Avatar messages, and message transcription in English or Spanish.
Note: Depending on the terms of your mobile plan, you may not be authorized to make automatic purchases. Visual Voicemail allows you to make secure purchases directly to your credit card.

If you do not have sufficient funds for the purchase, the application will give you the option to top up your account balance using your registered credit or debit card (by $10) in order to make the purchase. You will need to know your Boost account PIN.
In the Payment selection screen, tap Pay with credit card. In the top up screen, enter your Boost account PIN and tap Continue. You will see a Summary screen which you must agree to before making the purchase.
Note: The procedures above are for personal accounts. If your mobile service is paid for by a corporate account, you cannot subscribe to paid plans from within the Visual Voicemail application. To subscribe using such an account, an individual who is authorized to provide the account PIN must contact your service provider's customer service.
Tap Manage subscription in the Preferences setting. A popup window will appear asking if you are sure you wish to unsubscribe. Tap Unsubscribe.
The data consent agreement asks your permission to allow your service provider to collect your voicemail audio files for the purpose of improving the quality of text transcriptions. This agreement appears when you first enroll in the Premium service free trial or paid subscription.
You can change your selection at any time. Select Data consent agreement and then tap Agree or Disagree.
You will see this feature if you have subscribed to Premium service. This feature allows you to set an email address and have a copy of each voicemail message you receive to that email address. This is a simple way to archive your important messages.
To set up auto forward, tap Auto forward to email. In the popup window that appears, enter a valid email address. Tap OK. The Auto forward box will now be turned on.
You can also configure the following details:
● Include message audio — include the audio file in the message
● Include message text — include the transcribed message text

This setting allows you to change your voicemail greeting or your voicemail password. Tap Personalize voicemail. You will be transferred to the voicemail system. Follow the voice prompts to make any desired changes.
Set the transcription language to English or Spanish for your incoming voicemail messages.
Note: This setting is for voicemail messages only. For voiceSMS messages, the server will determine the transcription language based on the first few seconds and transcribe the message accordingly.
To set the transcription language, tap Transcription language. The Choose language screen is displayed. Select the language option:
● English only - Transcribe voicemail messages to English. This is the default setting.
● English/Spanish - Transcribe voicemail messages to the language detected by the transcription engine. This option allows voicemail transcription in Spanish if the detected audio is Spanish.
You can set the application to permanently delete messages from the Trash folder after a specific number of days. Select Delete Messages. A screen appears with options for the number of days deleted messages may stay in your Trash folder, after which they are deleted permanently. The options are:
● After 30 days
● Immediately
● Never

When you send a voice message to a phone that does not have VoiceSMS capability, the message will be sent as an SMS message. Standard text message rates apply, so if you have a limited SMS message plan, you may incur additional data charges. To avoid additional charges, you can disable the use of SMS to send messages.
Tap SMS Delivery of Voice Messages and then select one of the options:
● Always allow — allow the application to send SMS messages
● Always ask — the application will ask you for permission before sending the SMS message to a phone that does not have VoiceSMS capability
● Never allow — do not allow the application to send SMS messages to a phone that does not have VoiceSMS capability
