To remove and reinstall upgrades on your device, follow these steps:
1. To delete updates, navigate your device menu: Settings > Applications > Manage applications > Voicemail > Uninstall updates.
2. Shut down and restart your device.
3. Start the Visual Voicemail application and select the Check for update option for any software upgrade.
