Sorting Messages

You can sort messages as follows:

●  By Unread (unread messages are listed first)

●  By Date (messages are listed newest to oldest)

●  By Alphabetically (messages are listed from A to Z)

1.   From the Visual Voicemail Inbox, Archive, Custom, or Trash folder, tap the overflow menu and then tap Sort By. A selection box appears.

2.   Select the desired sorting method (unread, date, or alphabetically). Messages are then sorted and displayed based on your selection.
