Help/Info

Follow these steps to view the Help options.

1.   Open the main menu by tapping the menu icon , or placing your finger on the left edge of the screen and swiping to the right.

2.   Tap Settings.

3.   Tap Help/Info.

4.   See below for individual option descriptions.

Help

Select this option to view the online help files.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

Select this option to view a list of frequently asked questions.

View quick tips tutorial

Select this option to view a tutorial of highlighted features in the application.

Rate Us

Select this option to rate your user experience with Visual Voicemail and provide feedback.

Note: If the Rate Us option is disabled (grayed out), it means your device cannot communicate with VVM's core services. Try resetting VVM to fix this problem.

Reset Visual Voicemail

Select this option to reset Visual Voicemail if you stop receiving voicemails or voicemail notifications.

Resetting the app will refresh your account settings and request the Visual Voicemail server to download any pending voicemails. No voicemails currently stored in the app will be deleted. You should only perform a reset if instructed to do so by customer care.
