Undelivered Sprint Visual Voicemail
Messages
Although most messages are sent immediately, you may occasionally have audio messages waiting to be sent in your Outbox. This delay can occur for various reasons, including:
● You are out of the coverage area of the Sprint network. (You have zero signal strength bars).
● There is a temporary delay with the Sprint network or its messaging facilities.
If there are any such messages waiting, they can be viewed in your Outbox.
Resending Undelivered Messages

From your voicemail Inbox, tap the bar marked "Voicemail Inbox" at the top of the application. A list of message locations now appears. |

2.

Tap Outbox. Your Voicemail Outbox will be displayed. |
|
3.
|
Press
. The Outbox menu appears. |
|
4.
|
Tap (Retry sending all). Any
undelivered audio messages will be resent. |
Note: As undelivered
messages become successfully delivered, they will be automatically removed
from the Outbox.
Deleting Undelivered Messages
While viewing your undelivered messages, you can delete
any individual messages or all messages in the list by following these
steps:

From your voicemail Inbox, tap the bar marked "Voicemail Inbox" at the top of the application. A list of message locations now appears. |

Tap Outbox. Your Voicemail Outbox will be displayed. |
|
3.

Press
. The Outbox menu appears. |
|
4.
|
Tap (Delete). Checkboxes appear next to all the messages in your Outbox.
|
|
5.
|
Tap each message you want to delete. A check should now appear next to all selected messages. |
Note: You can select all messages by pressing
and then tapping Select all.
