Visual Voicemail Menu
While viewing your Voicemail messages, you can access the
main menu by pressing 
. Depending on what options are currently available to you, the menu may contain some or all of the following:

Retry download. If the Sprint Visual Voicemail software fails to download one or more messages, tap this item to try downloading the message(s) again. |

Compose. Compose a new message. |
|
|
Subscribe. Subscribe to the Voice-to-Text transcription service. |
|
Undelivered. Tap this to view your Outbox. (Appears only if your Outbox is not empty.) |
|
|
Move to SD. Move one or more messages to your phone's SD card. |
|
Play all new. Play all new (unheard) messages. |
|
|
Delete. Delete one or more voicemail messages. |
|
|
More. If there are more than six options currently available to you in this menu, tap this item to view the remaining items. |

|
Search. Search for messages containing specific text. |
|
Settings. View the Visual Voicemail Settings page. Here you can set notifications, display pictures from your contacts, turn on the speakerphone, change greetings and more. |
