Personalize voicemail

Follow these steps to change your Sprint Visual Voicemail greeting or your voicemail password:

1.

Open Voicemail settings. (Press and then Settings in your voicemail Inbox).

2.

Select Personalize voicemail. You will be transferred to the Sprint voicemail system.

3.

Follow the voice prompts to make any desired changes.
