Re-activating the Application
If you see a notification to dial in for your voicemail messages rather than a list of new messages in your voicemail Inbox, you may need to manually re-activate your visual voicemail service.
Reactivating the service has two steps:

Tell the voicemail server to re-activate you. |

2.
|
Reset the Sprint Visual Voicemail application. |
Telling the server to re-activate you
|
1.
|
From your voicemail Inbox, press
and tap (Compose). The compose screen will now appear. |
|
2.
|
If you have subscribed to Voicemail-to-Text transcription, you will now be prompted to select the type of message to compose. Select Audio message. The compose screen will now appear. |
If you have not subscribed to Voicemail-to-Text transcription, you will be taken directly to the compose screen.

5.
|
Tap Record and wait for two or three seconds while the application records a blank message. |
|
7.
|
Wait for at least fifteen minutes. |
Re-setting the Sprint Visual Voicemail application
|
1.
|
Press
> > Settings to open the Settings page for your Android device. |
|
3.
|
Tap Manage Applications. A list of applications appears. |
|
5.
|
Scroll down the list until you find the item named Voicemail. Tap this item. A screen that gives you several configuration options for the Sprint Visual Voicemail application appears. |
Note: This will erase all of your voicemail messages.

7.
|
Press
. |
|
8.
|
Open the Sprint Visual Voicemail application. |
