If you have subscribed to Voicemail-to-Text transcription, you can forward a transcription of a received voice mail as a text message (SMS). Follow these steps:
| 1. | While
in the Message Playback screen, press
and then tap (Forward). You will be presented with a list of message forward types. |
Note: This list and its forward via SMS option will appear only if the message being forwarded was transcribed by the Voicemail-to-Text service. It will not be available otherwise.
| 2. | Select Via SMS. The Sprint Visual Voicemail application will display the SMS compose screen, populated with a transcription of the message being forwarded. |
| 3. | If you want to make any changes to the transcription prior to sending, tap the transcribed text and use the on-screen keyboard to make any desired changes. |
| 4. | To specify the recipient of the text message, do one of the following: |
● Tap the To field and then use the on-screen keyboard to enter the phone number of the mobile phone to which you wish to send the text message.
● Tap
to select a contact from your contact book.

you want to add an attachment tap |
| 6. | To
send your text message tap |
Pressing
in the SMS compose screen provides the following additional options:
● All messages. View the list of received text messages (SMS).
● Quick text. Quickly insert common response phrases such as "I'm running late" or "Let's catch up soon."
● Attach. Attach a file to your text message.
● Discard. Discard the message without sending it.
● Add subject. Add a subject line to your text message.
● Insert smiley. Insert a "smiley" into your text message.
● Search. Search messages.
