Only stereo Bluetooth devices work with Visual Voicemail
Google's Android operating system does not have any way of communicating with applications whether an attached Bluetooth device is mono or stereo. Thus, the default is always stereo.
Currently, all HTC and LG devices (and select Samsung devices) work with both mono and stereo Bluetooth on Visual Voicemail.
