Deleting Visual Voicemail Messages

You can delete Visual Voicemail messages from the Message Playback screen or from the Inbox. To delete messages follow these steps:

1.   Tap the Voicemail icon on the Home Screen.

Press your device's Home button and tap All Apps > Voicemail. The Visual Voicemail application will launch and the Visual Voicemail Inbox will be displayed.

2.   To listen to a message displayed in your Inbox, tap on that message. The message will start to play.

3.   To delete the message tap on the Delete menu option on the bottom bar of the playback screen. You will not receive a confirmation when you delete your message.

Deleting Visual Voicemail messages from the Inbox.

1.   Tap the Voicemail icon on the Home Screen.

Press your device's Home button and tap All Apps > Voicemail. The Visual Voicemail application will load and the Visual Voicemail Inbox will be displayed.

2.   Long press the message you wish to delete.

3.   Tap any additional messages you wish to delete. They will be selected along with the message you originally long pressed.

4.   Tap Delete . You will not receive a confirmation when you delete your message.
