Sorting Messages

You can sort voicemail messages as follows:

By Date - messages are listed by newest to oldest date.

●

By Caller - messages are grouped by voicemail senders' phone numbers in ascending order. For example, 9493620001 is listed first followed by 9493620002 and then 9493620003.

Note: Messages from the same phone number or contact name are grouped together and listed by newest to oldest date.

From the Visual Voicemail Inbox, Archive, Custom, or Trash folder, tap the overflow menu and then tap Sort By. A selection box appears.

Select the desired sorting method (Date or Caller). Messages are then sorted and displayed based on your selection.
