Forwarding Sprint Visual Voicemail Messages

To forward a Sprint Visual Voicemail message follow these steps:

1.

While in the Message Playback screen, press and then tap (Forward).

If the message to be forwarded has not been transcribed by the Voicemail-to-Text service, the Forward screen appears immediately. See Forwarding as an Audio Message for additional instructions.

If the message being forwarded was transcribed by the Voicemail-to-Text transcription service, you will be presented with the following options:

●  To contact — forward the original audio message. See Forwarding as an Audio Message.

●  Via email — forward the transcription via email. See Forwarding Messages via Email.

●  Via SMS — forward the transcription via SMS. See Forwarding Messages via SMS.

Note: Messages marked as Private cannot be forwarded.
