Press  and tap  > Voicemail. The Sprint Visual Voicemail application will launch and the Sprint Visual Voicemail Inbox screen will be displayed.

The "Voicemail" bar at the top of the Inbox indicates how many messages you have. For example, the image above indicates two total messages, including one new (unread) message. Tapping on this bar displays a menu that allows you to view your Outbox, your deleted messages or messages that have been copied to the SD card.

Below the bar is a list of all the messages in your Inbox. A variety of information is displayed for each message. See Message Detail for a description of each item.

Note:  If you have the Voicemail-to-Text feature, transcriptions of the message will appear here as well. For more information see Voicemail-to-Text.

Listening to Messages

To listen to a Sprint Visual Voicemail message, just tap on the message you wish to play. The playback screen will be displayed and the message will start playing.

The Long Press Menu

While viewing your Inbox, you can use the long press function. Pressing and holding (as opposed to tapping) on any message will bring up its long press menu. From this menu you can perform common tasks such as playing the message, calling the sender, deleting the message and adding the sender to your contact book.
