When you first ran the Visual Voicemail software, a data consent agreement was displayed on screen. The agreement asks your permission to allow your service provider to collect your voicemail audio files for the purpose of improving the quality of text transcriptions. At that time, you had the opportunity to agree or disagree.
If you wish to change your answer, follow these steps:
1. Open Voicemail settings. (Press your device's Menu button and then Settings in your voicemail Inbox).
2. Select Data consent agreement. The current version of the agreement will be displayed.
3. Tap Agree or Disagree.
