Visual Voicemail Settings
To change your Visual Voicemail settings:
1. Tap the Voicemail icon on the Home Screen.

Press your device's Home button and tap All Apps > Voicemail. The Visual Voicemail application will launch and the Visual Voicemail inbox screen will be displayed.
2. Press your device's Menu button and tap the Settings menu option. The Voicemail settings screen will be displayed.
3. Make any desired changes to the settings listed.
