This setting allows you to subscribe to monthly transcriptions as part of your Premium subscription service. If you are using the free trial, the number of days left of your free trial will be shown.
If you're using the "free trial" of Voicemail-to-Text, you can subscribe from the playback screen by following these steps:
1. Tap your device's Menu button.
2. Tap Subscribe. A prompt asking you to complete your subscription appears.
3. Tap Subscribe to complete the subscription. You will receive a "Thank You" message. Your subscription will be activated after your account is updated. After activation, all new messages will be transcribed to text. You will be notified when the activation process is complete.
1. Open Voicemail settings. (Select your device's Menu button and then Settings in your voicemail inbox).
2. Tap Voicemail-to-Text in the settings screen. A prompt asking you to complete your subscription appears.
3. Tap Subscribe to complete your subscription. Your subscription will be activated after your account is updated. After activation, all new messages will be transcribed to text. You will be notified when the activation process is complete.
Note: If you have time remaining on your free trial, your monthly subscription will take effect after your free trial expires.
Note: The procedures above are for personal accounts. If your mobile service is paid for by a corporate account, you cannot subscribe to Voicemail-to-Text from within the Visual Voicemail application. To subscribe using such an account, an individual who is authorized to provide the account PIN must contact your service provider's customer service.
