You can configure Visual Voicemail to either display or hide the transcriptions of your voicemail messages.
Follow these steps to configure this setting:
1. Open Voicemail settings. (Select Menu and then Settings in your voicemail inbox.)
2. To display the transcriptions, check the Transcriptions Displayed box. This is the default setting.
To hide the transcriptions, clear the Transcriptions Displayed box.
