Follow these steps to change your Visual Voicemail greeting or your voicemail password:
1. Open Voicemail settings. (Press your device's Menu button and then Settings in your voicemail Inbox).
2. Select Personalize voicemail. You will be transferred to the voicemail system.
3. Follow the voice prompts to make any desired changes.
