Manage Premium Subscription Service

This setting allows you to subscribe to the monthly Premium service.

If you are using the free trial, the number of days left on your free trial will be shown.

Note: Depending on the terms of your mobile plan, you may not be authorized to make automatic purchases. Visual Voicemail provides you the opportunity to make secure purchases directly to your credit card.

Subscribe from Settings Screen

1.    Open Voicemail settings. (In the Visual Voicemail Inbox, select the overflow menu and then tap Settings.)

2.   Tap Manage subscription in the settings screen.

3.   A prompt describing the monthly subscription plan appears. Tap Subscribe.

4.   Select the transcription language and tap OK. The options are "English only" or "English/Spanish."

5.   You will see one of the following:

●  A message such as the following: "Activated monthly subscription service. All new messages will be transcribed to text." Skip to the end.

●  Payment selection. You may pay by credit card. See the remaining steps for details.

6.   In Payment selection, tap Pay with credit card.

7.   Read the Privacy policy and tap Agree.

8.   Enter your credit card details and tap Subscribe.

9.   Please wait while the server processes the transaction. Next, review the Purchase Confirmation details and tap OK.

10.   Please wait while the server verifies and updates your account. You will see an activation message displayed in the application. After your subscription is activated, all new messages will be transcribed to text.

Note: If you have time remaining on your free trial, your monthly subscription will take effect after your free trial expires.

Subscribe from Playback Screen

If you're using the free trial you can subscribe to the Premium service from the playback screen by following these steps:

1.   While in the playback screen or Inbox, tap to open the overflow menu and then tap Subscribe. A prompt describing the monthly subscription plan appears.

2.   Tap Subscribe again. Follow the remaining steps as described in the previous procedure.

Top up Purchase for Boost users

If you are a Boost subscriber, you can use available funds in your account balance to make purchases. If you do not have sufficient funds for the purchase, the app will give you the option to top up your account balance using your registered credit or debit card (by $10) in order to make the purchase. You will need to know your Boost account PIN.

In the Payment selection screen, tap Pay with credit card. In the top up screen, enter your Boost account PIN and tap Continue. You will see a Summary screen which you must agree to before making the purchase.

Note: The procedures above are for personal accounts. If your mobile service is paid for by a corporate account, you cannot subscribe to Premium service from within the Visual Voicemail application. To subscribe using such an account, an individual who is authorized to provide the account PIN must contact your service provider's customer service.
