Replying to Messages

You can reply to Visual Voicemail messages while in the Message Playback screen and while viewing notifications.

To reply to a message from the Message Playback screen

1.   While in the Message Playback screen, tap Reply . 

2.   Select how you want to reply: 

●  Tap SMS message to send a SMS text message. See Replying with a Text Message (SMS).

●  Tap Audio message to record a voice message. See Replying with a Voice Message.

To reply to a message from the Notification bar

You can reply to a voicemail message by calling the sender or by sending a text message.

Note: This feature is only available on Android 7.0 and above.

1.   Find the message you want to reply to in the Notification bar.

2.   Select how you want to reply:

●  Tap CALL to initiate a phone call.

●  Tap REPLY to send an SMS text message. See Replying with a Text Message (SMS).
