Your Visual Voicemail can be accessed from your mobile phone Home screen or Applications list. You should set up your Sprint voicemail and personal greeting as soon as your phone is activated.
To set up Visual Voicemail
1. On your device, tap Apps > Voicemail . Or tap the Visual Voicemail icon

2. Visual Voicemail will launch and the Welcome to Visual Voicemail message appears. Swipe to view the welcome pages, which describe features of the app.
3. If your device is running Android 6.0 or higher, you will see the permissions page, which lists some of the permissions that Visual Voicemail needs. Tap OK and then tap Allow or Deny for each of the specific permissions. For more information, see Visual Voicemail Permissions.
Note: If your device is running an older version of Android, the permissions page will not be displayed. You can review the application settings on your device at Settings > Apps > Voicemail > Permissions.
4. Next, you will see the Personalize your voicemail message. Tap Personalize and follow the prompts to:
● create a passcode (part of standard voicemail)
● record your name announcement
● record your greeting
Note: It is recommended that you create a passcode when you set up your voicemail to protect against unauthorized access.
5. Once you have completed the setup process, return to the Visual Voicemail Inbox.
6. In the Inbox, tap the welcome message to learn more about Visual Voicemail services.
Note: You are automatically enrolled in the free trial of the Premium service with Voicemail-to-Text. At the end of the trial you can subscribe to the Premium service for a low monthly fee, or use the basic voicemail features at no charge.
