Visual Voicemail Menu

The Visual Voicemail main menu is where you access all the app's main features.

To access the Visual Voicemail menu

1.   Open the main menu by tapping the menu icon , or placing your finger on the left edge of the screen and swiping to the right. The menu options are shown here:

The Help option opens this Visual Voicemail Help system. For additional Help options, see Settings > Help/Info.

The Create New Folder option is available with a Premium subscription.

If Auto-Export is enabled, the Auto-Export option, Archive folder, and any Custom folders are not shown.

An Upgrade to Premium option is available when you are in a free trial of Premium Visual Voicemail or not subscribed to Premium service. If the Upgrade to Premium option is disabled (grayed out), it means the upgrade is pending activation, or your device cannot communicate with VVM's core services. For the latter case, try resetting VVM to fix this problem.
